By completing the Operator's feedback form and by accepting the Operator's public Offer, the User accepts this Consent to Personal Data Processing (the "Consent"). Acting freely, of the User's own will and in the User's own interest, and confirming the User's legal capacity, the User gives consent to RE:JOIN LIMITED, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the "Operator"), to process the User's personal data on the following terms:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both by automated means and without the use of automated means.
2. The User accepts the terms of the Personal Data Processing Policy and gives the Operator informed and knowing consent to the processing of the User's personal data on the terms set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) upon registration as a Customer/Principal on the Operator's Site.
3. The User is deemed to have given consent to the processing of the User's personal data by ticking the box "I agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Policy" at the moment of pressing the "Sign up" or "Pay" button, or any button of similar meaning.
4. Consent is given for the processing of the following Personal Data:
   1. Surname, first name;
   2. Email address;
   3. Contact number;
   4. Cookie files.
5. The purpose of processing Personal Data is:
   1. Carrying out the activities provided for in the Operator's constitutional documents;
   2. Servicing clients/customers, fulfilling orders, providing responses to client enquiries, and interaction under civil-law contracts between the Operator and Users;
   3. Sending communications of an informational and promotional nature;
   4. Conducting statistical and other research on the basis of anonymised personal data.
6. I give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator, including persons acting on its behalf, for automated and non-automated processing, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), use, anonymisation, transfer (provision, access), deletion, destruction, and blocking.
7. In giving this consent, I confirm that:
   1. The personal data I have entered in the fields of the completed form, provided using the "Internet" information and telecommunications network, are my personal data. I undertake, in the event of a change to my personal data, to provide the Operator with up-to-date data.
   2. I have familiarised myself with the Operator's documents that set out its policy regarding the processing of personal data.
   3. This Consent is of indefinite duration; the retention period for personal data is not limited.
   4. This Consent is signed by me by electronic signature through placing a mark ("tick") "I agree to the processing of personal data" and/or by pressing a button in the places on the site where the corresponding button is located.
   5. I confirm that I have been notified that I may withdraw this consent myself or through my representative by sending a request to the Operator in the form of an electronic letter or in writing to the Operator's address.
   6. Consent is given for the processing of the following of my personal data, which are not special or biometric: surname and first name, telephone, email, user data (location information; operating-system type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; the source from which the user arrived at the Site; operating-system and browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons the user presses; IP address).
8. The basis for the processing of personal data is: the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486); and this consent to the processing of personal data.
9. Personal data are processed until the data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data. Storage of personal data recorded on paper media is carried out in accordance with applicable Hong Kong record-keeping and archival requirements.
10. Consent may be withdrawn by the data subject or the data subject's representative by sending a request to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data to the email address: legal@rejoin.network.
11. In the event that the data subject or the data subject's representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, RE:JOIN LIMITED is entitled to continue processing personal data without the data subject's consent where there are grounds permitted under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
12. This consent remains in force at all times until the processing of the personal data referred to in clauses 9 and 10 of this Consent ceases.
13. The Operator proceeds on the basis that, when providing personal data on the Site, the User:
    1. Is a person with legal capacity.
    2. Provides accurate information about themselves in the amounts necessary to use the Site, and keeps the personal data provided up to date.
    3. Has familiarised themselves with these Provisions and expresses their informed and knowing consent to them in full.
